Windows 10: Apps from Other Drives Don't Show in Control Panel > Uninstall a Program after "Reset This PC"?

Hello,



Earlier today I had to reset my windows pc as I was running into a c0000a21 stop code error.

The issue I'm currently facing is that while my apps in other drives weren't wiped out (Things like my game drive or random applications drive), none of them are showing up in control panel > uninstall programs anymore. I'm assuming this is caused by the reset resetting the reg keys as well?

Is there any easy way to have windows automatically fix reg keys by itself, or how would I even go about fixing this? Do I have to manually re-run every app and let them fix itself if required? Do I need to go through the reg key by myself and manually add every entry needed? Do I just have to reinstall every app?

All installed programs are not showing up in the Control Panel

I wanted to uninstall a game, when I went to Control Panel, I noticed that the program's window is showing only the programs installed on the system drive, all the programs I have installed on other drives are missing, but a week ago I have seen all the
programs in the PC were listed there, around 270 GB, but now the total space is only 5.4 GB, all the programs on the other drives still working fine.

- Did you try un-installing the program from programs and features?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Repairing or removing programs

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall the program, follow the steps below.

• In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.
• Select Programs > Programs and Features, then select the program.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

The "Control Panel uninstall list" is called Programs and Features. It only lists the programs you, the user, have installed personally.
The apps that come with Windows 10 are not included in Programs and Features.
Some of those apps can be uninstalled by right clicking at them > click Uninstall.
Some you cannot uninstall without special way. If you have some of those, please post back with the names.
And then there are some you just can NOT uninstall.
