Windows 10: Apps & Games shows full BUT I don't have any apps & games!!

I hope this email finds you well.

I am running Windows 10 Education Version 1809. I have 156 Gb SSD on it. I don't use it so much and I have only 2 Gb as my user profile with a maximum of 5 Gb. but when I open This PC the C drive shows me the red label which means it is kind of full with only 1 GB free space. I have done Disk Clean up and all the steps to gain more space but didn't work. And when I open Storage from Settings it shows me that Apps & games have occupied 115 GB but I don't have any apps & games even big software. the only software I have is Acrobat Pro. I am wondering if it is another way to gain more space??

Windows 10 Game Apps

Based on the error you've received, this seems to be due to corrupted Store cache. We suggest manually resetting the Store app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

• Find the Store app, then click Reset.

We also recommend signing in to a different user profile. This can help determine if this is due to corrupted user profile. Here are the steps:

• Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
• Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
• Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
• Restart the game to see if it works correctly.
