Windows 10: Apps Hanging, not loading

I've had a couple of issues revolving around Microsoft apps when trying to load them. Examples include Quick Assist and Xbox Gaming Services, both of which time out after attempting to connect to Microsoft, or whatever their startup function is. I first noticed this when attempting to sign into the Minecraft Launcher using Xbox services, but that timed out with the code 0x89235107. I've reinstalled those apps and even Windows, ensuring to keep all of my apps and data. The results of the troubleshooter say "Hanging or crashing apps -> NOT FIXED" How would I address this issue?

Several apps now hang at splash/loading screen

Just before Xmas I noticed several apps stopped working and would just hang/freeze on their startup splash screen. I'm unaware if there was an OS update just prior, and I haven't had one since. All this apps had been working fine without issue prior.

The apps/games I have on my phone with this issue are:

• NAB (Bank App)
• Spotify (sits at black screen with "Loading..." and blue scrolling dots)
• Wordament (Microsoft Game)
• TBlog (replacement for Tumblr on Win Mobile) (has had an update recently, but did not fix issue)

I have tried the following with no success:

• Delete and re-install apps
• Soft reset
• Hard reset and restore
• Hard reset without restore

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue? The banking app in particular is hard to live without.

Phone is a Lumia 640XL LTE running Win 10 1607 / 10.0.14965.1001

 

Windows Store hangs with loading circle on Windows 10

Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Method 2: Clear the Store cache:

You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

• 
  Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.
  

Method 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.
• Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Slow load,system hang


Having problems on my W10 desktop PC. Booting up the system was hanging at login screen after entering in my p/w. Made it past the login screen and able to get to desktop, AV and other apps begin to load and everything seems to hang. Brought up task manager and it just froze as well. Restarted a few times and it just appears to be stuck in this loading state. 4790K, ASrock z97 Extreme 6/3.1, Samsung 850 Evo, H110i. I was trying to start getting this still rather new build dialed in. Reset everything in UEFI to default. Any tips/suggestions?
