Windows 10: Apps have disappeared after reinstalling windows to other drive

Hello, I reinstalled windows to other disk and all of my apps have disappeared from settings, but I can see them in start menu. How can I make them appear in settings?

I suggest doing a reinstall, and not installing all of these "Windows replacement apps" and see how it looks then. If things look good, go ahead and start installing your apps and check your task manager after each install.

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
