Windows 10: Apps have no response on the mouse input once the apps is open

My PC is running on Window 11. I can use a mouse to active any App from the desktop screen. Once the app is opened, the apps opened does not response to any mouse input. For example, I use mouse to double click MS Word icon on the desktop screen and the MS word screen pops up to prompt me open existing file or create new file, but the MS word has no further response to my mouse click even I use the mouse to click the upper right corner "minimize", "resize" or "close" button. But it has response to the Keyboard input, I use the Tab key to move around the MS word. I have tried to open more app

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused

Can I customize the list of suggest apps in the "Open with" menu?

You can't use it to add additional programs, only to set default programs.

Interestingly for me it shows nothing for text files:








Then if I want to add a portable app like Jarte Plus to open with context menu windows doesn't like it.





It's not present and is near impossible to add even via "look for an app on this PC"
