Apps I am downloading can't access Appdata

I reset my windows 11 pc settings and apps today. After the reset I went to try and re-install some of the apps I had lost, only to be met with errors. It seems like the apps I was downloading are trying to access the "AppData" folder and its contents, but it's not able to. Side note: For some odd reason, my AppData folder seems to be located on my desktop. it is not a shortcut, the actual AppData folder is just straight up rooted back to my desktop. I think this happened when I messed around with my drivers and made a new user and it seemed to have not found a default place for my AppData,

    :)
