Windows 10: Apps installed previously are present and cannnot be uninstalled after reinstalling backed...

Hello, recently I restored my windows due to some issues, but currently apps installed though windows store in the previous build are still present and cannot be uninstalled although the uninstall option is present. For instance, i had Angry birds2 and Cinebench installed, and they cannot be uninstalled fully and are showing in the start menu. Deep inside they are not installed because when i am trying to open them, windows store is opening but at the same time their icons are present in the start menu. Uninstalled app can't be reinstalled.

I was having trouble with an app. The developer suggested I uninstall the app, then reboot, the reinstall it. I uninstalled the app. I rebooted. I went to the store to reinstall it and the store says it is already installed and provides a "Launch" button.
But the app is NOT installed. It doesn't show up in the list of apps. And clicking the "Launch" button does nothing.

So now I am stuck with a paid for app that I can't get reinstalled.

How do I get around this?

It appears that you're having an issue installing your previous games after reinstalling Windows 10. We would like to know if it is only happening when you're installing your games or is it also happening when you're installing an app from Microsoft Store.

Meanwhile, we suggest clearing Windows Store's cache by performing these steps:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe then hit Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Uninstall & Reinstall an APP

Hello,

I am currently useing an HTC HD2 today i Installed "Trip Case" App. but it froze up on me so i uninstalled it but i was thinking i could of just go back into Marketplace and reinstall it again but when i go in it says
"Installed" and it has a "launch" button when i click that thinking it will reinstall i get a message sayin....
Shortcut Target, Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename...

Please can someone give me step by step instructions on how to reinstall my APP????
