Windows 10: Apps Keep Minimizing on thier own

I've done everything and many things as provided in other message or questions for solutions to my apps minimizing on their own and having to reload my sound card driver. I cant find what the problems is, and I am pretty advance as compare to no-technical people.I even backed up files and reloaded my operating system. Nothing seems to work. All drivers are up to date, including graphics,

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
