Windows 10: apps keep updating but not working

I keeping my application updated all the time but this time the update is not working. Something happened in our end error message came up and I dont know how to make it resolve in my end. I saw this error message yesterday so I thought I just need to wait to make it resolve however I tried to update apps today but still getting the same error. I have updated Windows and just to make sure the problem is in the Store itself I tried to download new application and issue persists. I think I need to fix it now so I need help.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
