Windows 10: Apps not launch if internet is absent

Hi,

I have recently did update to my win10PRO and from that point some 3rd party software not launch only if there is internet connection.

very annoying and frustrating!

when tiggering the apps nothing happen, if I enable the WIFI than they launch and start.


any solution, thought, insights?

To assist you better, I would like to ask what is the error message you get when the app is launched.

Suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Get Started app wont launch

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there

Tool bars absent when site is opened.

I suggest you to check the status of the issue on different web browsers. In case you face the issue on Internet Explorer, you may add the website to Compatibility view settings and check if it helps.
To add the website to compatibility view follow the steps below.

Steps:-

      Open Internet Explorer and go to the website.
      
    • 
      Press Alt + X keys and select
      Compatibility view settings.
      
    • 
      Click on Add and Close.
