Windows 10: Apps not responding properly and wireless mouse is not sticking and not moving properly.

Hi This morning I started my computer and a pop up came on about an error. The system asked me to click to continue. It checked the system and said that everything was OK. I tried running an app I used yesterday but it was not responding like it should. My mouse was slow and sticking and not moving correctly. I checked the Reliability Monitor which showed red circle with x next to Application failures, Window Failures, Miscellaneous Failures. I checked for more information which stated "Description The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a 0x000000000000447

Wireless Mouse doesn't work properly

The different mouse that I tested on this works perfectly, but unfortunately, the mouse I used originally that I tested on the other computer, didn't work properly, just the buttons.

So, I bet that I'll either use the new mouse, which gets uncomfortable, because it's meant to be hidden in the computer via USB... Or, I buy a different mouse. Or, find the solution to the original problem..

apps not responding properly

My apps in start menu not responding properly. I need to click them multiple times before it will open. I dont have this kind of issue before but I dont know where it started. I dont have issues opening apps in the pinned taskbar only in the start menu so if there is anything I need to do please help me.
