    My apps in start menu not responding properly. I need to click them multiple times before it will open. I dont have this kind of issue before but I dont know where it started. I dont have issues opening apps in the pinned taskbar only in the start menu so if there is anything I need to do please help me.

    • What happens when you try to launch the mail app?
    Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run the troubleshooter
    for Windows apps
    and check if it helps.

    App Troubleshooter is an automated tool which we have developed to address a number of known issues that can prevent the Apps from running properly. This troubleshooter automatically fixes some issues, including suboptimal
    screen resolution, incorrect security or account settings etc. You can click on this link to download and run the Apps troubleshooter.

    Step 2: Let us try to Change mailbox sync settings
    and check if it helps.

    • Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
    • Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.

    • Click on the Accounts under
      Settings.

    • Click on your account.

    • Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
      Sync options.

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Get Windows 10 app not responding after changing product key

    • Windows 8.1 was with KMS license
    • Reserved free upgrade to Windows 10
    • Bought Windows 8.1 product key and changed product key via PC info app
    • Get Windows 10 app not responding.
    Steps tried

    • Uninstall KB 3035583 using wusa /uninstall
    • Restart
    • Reinstall KB 3035583 using Windows Update
    • Restart
    • Click on Get Windows 10 icon, not responding.
