Windows 10: apps not working

hey on my windows 10 laptop there is a problem which is when ever i open the settings, the microsoft store or the photos app it just wont open for some reason, it wont show any errors or anything it just wont open like it got deleted or something. it first started with the mc store then made its way through the settings and the photos. I scaned the device a couple of times but it finds no issues or malwares .Please helpthx

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
