    Apps on taskbar

My laptop (with Windows 10) must have automatically updated, as my task bar has changed. None of the apps that I had originally pinned to the taskbar are pinned anymore. When I tried to re pin one, it said it was already pinned, so I selected to unpin and then pinned it again, but it still wasn't on the taskbar. The only way I can access the apps that I always keep open (eg Chrome, Word) is to select the 'task view' to see everything that's open, then select the app I wan't, which is less convenient. I hope that makes sense, any help would be appreciated!

    :)

how to effectively hide or disable the taskbar?

    • Right click on Taskbar.
    • Click on Properties
    • Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
    • Click on OK.

    Hope this information helps.
