Windows 10: Apps on windows 11 Home is not up-to-date

I am using Windows 11 Home. I want to install WhatsApp, Facebook, Tiktok, Telegram and Linkedln and want to up date other apps but Microsoft store is not opened because it is not up-to-date. Morever, I try to record a voice but voice recordewr is not working because it is not up-to-date. I try to update Microsoft Store and other apps but these apps could not update.I attach some pictures and link a video.A Video voice rocder

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
