Windows 10: Apps removed after update on windows 10

despite setting my computer to not do auto updates, windows 10 updated and removed shedloads of apps e.g arcsoft,nero,mozilla,AVG antivirus,miview,Itunes, Toshiba default apps,realtek,adobe flash player, amongst loads of others. How do i get them back and who gave microsoft permission to remove things from my private PC without my permission. Surely this comes under theft in some law or other.

and also how do i set the computer to inform me of any updates and allow me toaccept or decline.

i think that this is the last time I will ever buy a microsoft product if they wont allow me to decide what i want on my own pc.

alternatively i will start unplugging the internet connection every night, then it wont be able to be got at

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

Shit, I used some doohickey to disable Win Store and remove some apps after installing Win 10 - now this update keeps failing to install.
