Windows 10: Apps resized on main monitor when exiting Fullscreen mode Dual monitors

Hello fellas,I need your help because i have a really annoying problem !I recently bought a new 4K monitor Samsung Odyssey G70A in addition to my AOC FULL-HD monitor. Every time that i'm ALT-TAB or press Windows key to go back on my desktop in my Full-screen game, all apps from my second monitor in 1920*1080 resolution got moved to my 4K monitor. When i go back in the game, they go back on my second monitor as it was.I searched a lot on internet and it seems that the problem is named Rapid Hot Plug Detect.I had this problem when i was on Windows 10 and back then i read 2 solutions :- Upg

Dual Monitors

I have this problem with my dual monitors which was fixed a few months ago, both of the monitors are diffrent resolutions but were able to have the same size apps when I drag them across the monitors, now out of no where windows starts to resize the apps
while they are inbetween my two monitors so one monitor the app is way bigger than the other one.

 

Black Screen issue for Exclusive Fullscreen mode when exiting or Alt+Tab to Desktop

Hello ,no i am not using dual monitors, in windowed mode everything is fine.

Everything on my pc is updated ,windows,nvidia drivers.

I have tried almost everything i read in an article that when exiting/alt tabbing in a fullscreen mode, my pc sees that i am using a dual monitor,so the pc is trying to connect in my (imaginary) second monitor.

Thats why i need to close/on my monitor or just put unplug and replug the hdmi çable

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
