Windows 10: Apps show even if not installed

So i found a app that its my apps list only in control panel & in settings app list it has no icon it just has that .exe type of icon when i press uninstall it says "Can not find script file Path to a folder" now first of all i didnt know what it is and never installed it and it says "Goodgame big farm" which i had to google what it is and like i expected, its a game i have never seen or downloaded it before no idea how it even got on my apps list... anyway wont disappear even with some things i tried if anyone can help thanks!

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

 

NEWLY added apps are not showing on Start App list

1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Start Settings in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.

Microsoft store shows app Installed...not so

Tried both suggestions as the Troubleshooting step did not fix the issue...Reset Windows Store and now the Appl in the store shows I OWN it...prior it showed it as installed.

So still cannot re-install the app......
