Windows 10: Apps start for a second and closes

after my update to windows 11, most apps are not functioning anymore.They open for 1 second and close or they put an error for example the photos app is now corrupt and I can't open imagesPlease I need a help top this I've tried everything on google such asUpdate the Apps Update Windows 11Run Windows Store Apps TroubleshooterRepair/Reset/Reinstall the AppsRun the Windows Update Service

Any Program Starts and then 10 seconds later Closes. Why?

My system is 64 Bit Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19043 with Update 21H1
My program was working. I saved a copy of my work then later came back to continue working. The program would start then 10 seconds later would close. My programs including Teamspeak, Mobile Plans, Zoom, Windows Administrative Tools, Notepad and many 3rd party programs now all do the same thing. The only programs that will continue to work are MS Office, File Explorer, Task Manager and MS Edge. I am able to open JPG files in File Explorer.
If I go into Settings and go to Update & Security, Recovery, Reset This Computer, the routine will open but then close 5 - 10 seconds later. I can go to Control Panel, select uninstall a program and the routine will start and then close. I cannot install a program through Control Panel nor can I run Restore.exe. The programs or routines start and the close without achieving a result.
As I have indicated the computer was working well, it had not been turned off and then when I came back to do more work the above problems occurred.
Can anybody suggest the next step other than re-formatting the drive?

If you wish to access the Start screen similar to Windows 8.1, follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open the settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Select Start from the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Turn on the Use start full screen.
  

After performing above steps, if you click on the Windows button at the top left corner on the desktop screen, you may access the Start screen similar to Windows 8/8.1 Operating system.

Open start menu, type Feedback app in search bar and click on feedback app to open it. Post your suggestions in feedback app.

Store App opens loads for about a second then closes


1. Go to "This PC"
2. Double click "OS (C"
3. Open "Users"
4. Open your username (The Profile you are currently working in)
5. Open "AppData"
6. Open "Local"
7. Open "Packages"
8. Open "Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe"
9. Open "LocalCache"
10. Delete the entire folder, with contents, you see there.
For those who didn't want/need a step by step:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
Then delete the one folder in LocalCache.
And that's pretty much it. Opened store and no issues after. Also if anyone is having issues with the Mail App, if you have AVG, it's the firewall on that so just turn it off and mail will start syncing. Hope this helps everyone.
