Windows 10: Apps won't run unless I use " Run as admin "

Hello everybody -- first of all I am sorry if my English is not very well... but I have problem with running apps.

I can't run Taskmanager, msconfig, regedit using run while clicking on them, but if I use " run as admin " they will run without any problem. Also I have this problem with FLStudio 20 and edge dev. before, when I clicked on FLStudio, UAC showed me a dialogue by defualt but now when I clicked on FLStudio and other programs I mentioned, nothing happen till I use run as admin. I googled a lot about this and honestly found nothing... I have tried these things before but non of them worked : :

1 - Use SFC /scannow

2 - DISM Scan

3 - Make a local account

4 - Change user account control setting

5 - Cleanboot

6 - scan for viruses and spywares used a third party app and windows defender


I must say that I do not have problem in safe mode, I mean everything is fine in safemode ... but in normal boot things go wrong :

I also disabled all non-microsoft services but nothing really changed : Please help me. Thank you

I assume you don't have 'exit' anywhere in your batch file?

Rather than playing with 'pause' - if you want to see the output...

1. Open a command window as admin
2. Run the batch file manually
3. Command window will not close unless the 'exit' command is issued
4. Read output

That's the first step I'd take to diagnose. Then run every line in your batch file manually, one-by-one, in your admin command window (copy and paste from the actual batch file, don't retype the commands).

You'll soon find your problem.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
