    Windows Store not working

    I still have a problem with the app store. It pops up a window say I need a new app for ms-windows-store but it does nothing to tell me what app and I can't download the "free" games like Solitaire. My solitaire was working but now it has stopped and won't
    even launch. I can't uninstall it and I can't download it again either in the web page for free games.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!

    Free Cell game

    Hi Gerald. I'm Greg, a volunteer installation specialist and 8 year WIndows MVP here to help you.

    That's a part of Microsoft Solitaire Collections which should be in your Start Menu's alphabetical Apps List.

    If not open the Microsoft Store app and type it in, reinstall it.

    If MS Solitaire Collection is present but won't work go to Settings>Apps>Apps and Features, click on MS Solitaire Collection, then Advanced Settings, then Reset.

    Run in Command prompt as Administrator:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Did that ... still have update/install problems due to lack of access rights (account is set as administrator.)
