Discus and support Apps in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; When I restart my computer or periodically, an error message pops up that say "Cannot run this app." It then asks me how I would like to run the app?...     When I restart my computer or periodically, an error message pops up that say "Cannot run this app." It then asks me how I would like to run the app? It list Adobe, paint, ie etc., but it never tells me what App I cannot run.


    How do I find what App has the problem?
