    Iphone - blank screen in AppStore

    I am trying to download from the AppStore on my Iphone5S and I have a blank screen. I can get into the appstore to do updates, but the main screen is blank. None of the options work except "updates". Any suggestions for a fix for this are greatly appreciated.

    no appstore or edge

    good afternoon, upgraded on windows 7 to windows10

    I initially had appstore and microsoft edge, and was able to have tile view

    i dont know how the app store and edge have disappeared , therefore am unable to get back

    i ran get appXpackage and it gives a list of apps , but i cant access any, i have had to install a third part program so that when i select the windows button, at least i can see and get to the programs on this computer

    when i look at all installed packages, the only one listed in the subcategory apps is settings, there were a several apps previously but they did not have an icon picture and and could not be accessed, now they have gone, other apps missing are the games,
    cortana etc

    is anyone able to shed any light, i do get one additional problem when i turn on the computer, i get a n error associated with ascTray,exe and a missing dll file, but i dont knwo what this is

    can anyone suggest how to get back windows 10 working properly
