Windows 10: ARC mouse model 1349 1350

Hi, I recently came across one of these new old model mice. Others have stated it is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.Has anyone had any luck getting this mouse to work in Windows 10 or 11?Any assistance would be appreciated!Thanks, zanz

Microsoft Arc Mouse Model 1349 - Lost USB connector

I have an Arc mouse Model 1349 and I have lost the wireless receiver. Is there any way that I can buy a new one or do I need to buy a new mouse?

 

Microsoft ARC Mouse (1349) Not working in Windows 10

I have an older ARC Mouse (Folding) model 1349 which is not working with Windows 10.

My USB recognizes the transmitter, in fact, the Mouse and Keyboard Center (updated today) Recognizes the mouse.

That said-they do not seem to be pairing.

It worked under Windows 7

Any ideas?

Microsoft Arc Mouse Model 1349 - Lost USB connector

I'm a Portuguese customer with this same problem, since the contacts available are only for US/Canada customers, I can't solve my problem. Is there a contact (e-mail or other) that we can reach from Portugal/Europe in order to get support or a replacement
part?
