Windows 10: Arc Mouse USB Nano transceiver isn't working

I have an old Arc mouse, and it isn't working with my new computer which is Windows 11. The mouse connects to the computer using a USB Nanotransceiver dongle.1. The computer recognizes the USB Nanotransceiver dongle, and the connection shows up as an input device as Microsoft Nanotransceiver v1.0. 2. The Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app recognizes the mouse -- it shows up in the app.3. The mouse has full batteries, and has a blue light showing that the mouse is powered on.but... the mouse does nothing. It doesn't control anything on the screen. It doesn't move the cursor.When I

New Arc Mouse Does Not Work on Company PC

Hello,

My new arc mouse does not work on my company PC due to restriction in Bluetooth connectivity, basically the laptop does not allow any Bluetooth device to be connected to the machine. I tried to search for the mouse in the blutooth setup but it won't find
it, while it is working perfectly on my personal surface laptop.

Forgive me for my lack of tech knowledge, but i wasnted to ask if there is there any way to get around this ? would the using any Nano tranciever (like the old arc mouse) work on the new mouse ? By the way the old arc mouse with the nano transceiver works
on the company laptop.

Arc mouse wireless usb not working.

Hello i Have a Wireless usb Arc Touch mouse but is not working anymore.
It started blinking red, then stopped working, changed the batteries but still not working.
When i connect the usb it show like Microsoft nano tranceiver v.1.
But Mouse still not connect, ad mouse shows me blue light so its turned on.
