Windows 10: Arc Touch Mouse appears on Mouse & Keyboard Center but not working

Hi everyone. I have arc touch mouse (without bluetooth). Its not working for a while and i started to think about it. I'm pluging in receiver and it appears on MKC. But as i said mouse is not working. Blue laser comes up , green light (above scroll) blinks and goes. I tried it on several computers (all of them are Windows 10 latest updates). What do you recommend people ?

My Arc Touch mouse isn't showing up in the Keyboard and Mouse Center update

I updated the Keyboard and Mouse Center application to the 3.0 iteration, and now my Arc Touch mouse will not show up in the application. I've restarted, redone my mouse drivers, and tried different USB ports, but every time, even though it shows up as
a Microsoft mouse in my device manager utility, the Keyboard and Mouse Center refuses to acknowledge it.

 

Microsoft ARC touch mouse USB dongle is recognized as ARC keyboard on windows 10.

I have been using an arc touch usb dongle mouse and arc USB dongle keyboard on my windows 10 PC for years, with no issues. the mouse was wearing out so i bought a new arc touch usb mouse. After i removed the old mouse usb dongle, and restarted the pc, i
inserted te new usb dongle into the same usb port, but the mouse gets recognized as an arc keyboard. this happens with the other arc keyboard connected or disconnected. the original mouse dongle works fine, even if they are both plugged in. i tried multiple
usb ports. i also reinstalled the newest mouse and keyboard center.

Any ideas?

Bluetooth Arc Touch mouse is not working

My Arc Touch BT Mouse stopped working after the last update, but I was able to delete the device, then install the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse 3.1 software, then readd. This worked. New Windows update downloaded today, and now I cannot get anything
to work to have the mouse work. Any other suggestions besides what is in this thread? It really is poor that Microsoft has this incompatibility with their own hardware.
