Windows 10: architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application

I am running Office 2010 on a new Windows 11 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. I have a classic asp application which connects to Access databases. I've used the 32-bit ODBC data source manager the one in SysWOW64 to create DSNs but get the error 'The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application'. I've tried uninstalling Office 2010, installing Office 365, then tried creating 32-bit and 64-bit DSNs. Unable to save 64-bit DSNs. The error message is the same.

Regarding driver and application mismatch exception in java program

Hello sir,

I've just updated my os win 10 to build 10586.

O earlier build my programs were running fine, but when I run my java programs after updating os it is showing me exception "architecture mismatch between driver and application" . That exception was not generated on earlier build( 10240). Its a program
of jdbc type 1 driver I wanted to run. I did follow all steps to connect to DB.

Hi Experts

Problem Statement: IT team joined a standalone Windows 2019 Server Version 1809 to Azure AD and rebooted the server. But next day I started facing some issue with my application.

Details:

OS: Windows 2019 Server Version 1809 (build - 17763.2803) (64 Bit)

Application: Web Application hosted on IIS 10

.Net framework: 4.8

HANA ODBC Driver: 64 bit

SQL Version: SQL Server 2016

All the connection and set up was working perfectly fine until the reboot. Next day onwards getting this issue which has stopped running the table extracts from SAP HANA.

Error Message: ERROR [IM014] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application Failed to establish connection with the data source. Check that the network is available, and that the DataSource is properly configured.

Any pointer to find the issue and help fix would be greatly appreciated.

APC Index Mismatch

It could suggest you need to update your chipset drivers and BIOS.

I recommend you update the most critical ones: BIOS, Chipset, Display Driver, Network adapters.

I suggest you to update the Display adapters driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.

Select the Graphic driver from the list by extending Display adapters.

Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then, I would recommend you to download and install the latest video driver for the manufacturer and check if it works.
