Windows 10: Archivo winmm.dll o winmmbase.dll dañados?

Hasta ayer el ordenador funcionaba correctamente, de ayer a hoy no instale nada ni cambié nada. Pero hoy no me permite ejecutar juegos de las tiendas Ubisoft ni Steam, solamente la aplicación de Steam me dice que reinstale el programa winmm.dll o winmm.dll. Cuando intento reemplazar el archivo en la carpeta que me indica windows / system 32, no me lo permite. Adjunto captura de pantalla. Mi sistema operativo es windows 10

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

 

Logilda DLL and NVSPCAP64 DLL errors

Logilda.DLL refers to the Logitech Download Assistant.

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Look through the list and uninstall it.

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
