Windows 10: Are feedback hub screenshots shared with or accessible by others besides Microsoft?

I posted a Windows 11 issue today on the Feedback Hub. I noticed that the text is now visible to a broader community didn't realize this would happen!. Regardless, are the screenshots and screen recording also visible to others or accessible to others?

Privacy of feedback hub

We appreciate you sharing with us that kind of thoughts about the Feedback Hub.

Since you've mentioned that you would like to attach a screenshot in the
Feedback Hub with your information, and we do not encourage our
Community members to post anything that includes their personal information, we suggest that you edit the screenshot to be able to cover the personal information you have there. You can use the
Paint app to cover these personal information in the screenshot.

Unable to access Feedback via Feedback Hub since installing Creators Update

We suggest that you turn off your proxy settings by following these steps:

• From the Start menu, click the Settings or the gear icon.
• Go to Network and Internet.
• Look for the Proxy menu from Network and Internet.
  
• Turn off your proxy by going to Use a proxy server then click the radio icon below.
• Click the Save button.

Kindly check if you will get the same spinning circle when accessing Feedback hub. We also recommend that you try to access Store app and check if your will get the same error.

Feedback Hub is not working

• What are the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?
• Have you tried updating the drivers?
• Do you get any error message when you try to log in to the Feedback Hub? If so, what is the error message?
• Did the issue start to happen after installing the Creators Update?
