Windows 10: Are Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2019-2022 x86 & x64 14.27.29016.0 legitammate?

I have been told that I should download these items, but I am not sure of the web site. If in fact they are legitimate, why haven't they been installed thru Windows update? The latest that is installed on my desktop is 2015-2019. If a computer has many different versions, can the old ones be uninstalled safely?

I'm asking as being told that "the C++ libraries are used by applications across the years. Some newer applications use the new ones, older apps use the old ones. Even MS office uses some of the older libraries"

But I need to get computers updated for Cyber Security so feel that these need to be removed? Can someone reassure me that this will not break applications on the computer, please?

I have 2 microsoft visual c++ 2012 Redistributable x86.

Can i uninstall any one of them??

Both have installed on 22-2-2022.

One is showing 17.3MB and other is not showing the size.

Both the version are different, one is 11.0.60610.1 and 11.0.61030.0

And i don't have microsoft visual c++ 2013 Redistributable x64 But i have microsoft visual c++ 2013 Redistributable x86, do i need to install the 64bit??
