    Are programs SHAREIT, TeamViewer 14 and Remote Utilities safe to stay on our PC? They probably left on the PC by some technician perform clean-up of virus. Shall we use uninstall to remove these programs?


    Frequently received phone calls from unsolicited MS Technicians to perform Network, or virus cleaning services. Are they from Microsoft (MS)? How do we find reliable people to do such work?

    Is Teamviewer a safe download?


    There was a recent security scare. Make sure you use a strong password and recommend you set up two step authentication for your teamviewer account.

    You can set it up for unattended access, but it is safer if you just tell your family to fire it up on demand, giving you the locally generated password. However this is a pain if you need to reboot remote pc.

    So use a really strong remote password for unattended access eg 10 characters with numbers and symbols, lower and upper case e.g

    Wd12£r#56xV

    No remote tool is totally secure of course.

    Connect to windows phone from PC with Teamviewer

    So you cannot control Windows Phone with Team viewer but you can control your PC remotely from your device using TeamViewer.

    I just installed it on my device and on my PC and it works pretty well although I do think it is hard to do what you want only because of the size of the screen on your device.
