  1. Are Softuna TotalDiskCleaner and Cleanmgr.exe part of the same system?

I was going through my laptop programs looking for something when I stumbled upon Softuna.TotalDiskCleaner in my Program Files\WindowsApps folder. As I am always concerned about possible viruses lurking about, I have to wonder what it is. Since cleanmgr.exe in my Windows\System32 folder is disk cleanup, I would like to know whether they are part of the same system or whether I should delete Softuna.TotalDiskCleaner. I would think that they are part of the same system because cleanmgr.exe is only 292 KB. Also Softuna.TotalDiskCleaner has a total of 76 files at 16.9 MB. And Softuna.TotalDiskCleaner appears to have some Microsoft earmarks although the executable files have no copyright name, only a dates.

Could someone please let me know if I should delete the Softuna Disk Cleaner or not.

    :)
