Windows 10: Are the temps of cpu at this high normal when charging?

So i have a acer latpop with gtx 1650 and ryzen 7, sometimes when playing roblox on it while charging would bring the cpu temps over 90 degrees celcius and when using laptop for using chrome with one tab open would bring cpu temps to 55 degrees and over. Is this normal?

Windows 10 Display Blinking with High CPU

After upgrade to Windows 10, experiencing flashing display and high CPU.

• At initial logon screen everything is normal - wall paper and logon screen display with no blinking
• After logon, fan starts as CPU usage spikes, cursor is accompanied by the spinning blue circle
• touchscreen does not respond to swipe to access Recovery/Safe mode for reboot
• able to get to Task Manager and Perfmon to see high CPU usage and explorer.exe is suspended

looking for suggestions on how to either fix or roll back to Windows 8.1

 

CPU temp very high on low load

I've noticed since a few days ago, my PC fans have been running very hard. I thought it was the settings on BIOS, so I checked and the settings were still the same. However, once I dug deeper and used RealTemps to check the temps of my CPU, turns out it's my CPU that is running hot all the time. It didn't used to be like this, even a week ago. As a matter of fact, it didn't run like this in Safe Boot. I was just trying it out to see if Safe Boot does something, and it turns out the fan runs normally like it would be used to run. That's what made me think this is a software problem. But since I can't open RealTemp on Safe Boot, I don't know if that translates to the CPU temps as well. Currently, opening a web browser will give me a 5% load and 75C according to RealTemp. Things that I've tried are booting to Safe Boot, as mentioned, cleaning up the insides with a brush, and Quick Scan MS Defender which turned out nothing. CPU is i5-9400F, stock fan.

Would love to get my PC run without such worryingly high temps, any help appreciated.

 

High CPU/GPU Temps

Hi,

I've noticed high CPU/GPU temps when my watercooler pump and fan are maxed out and all the fans are maxed out currently I only have a browser open and my temps are as follows:





What is also concerning is currently my GTX 1070 is only powering the 2 monitors(Not any games) and it's really hot and the fans only seem to be spinning extremely slow considering I have them on Max.

My PC also makes quite the noise, like a constant buzzing noise the CPU is not even under heavy load at the moment and the noise is constant.
