Windows 10: Are there distinctions in MS 365 between Home and Pro? Also, how to fix MS account that...

I purchased a new laptop that comes with MS 11 Pro edition. I currently subscribe to MS 365 and access it on both my current laptop and desktop. Question 1. Is there a distinction between MS Home and Pro version for the MS 365 subscription? 2. What do I get with the preinstalled Pro version and is it permanent or do I have to eventually pay something? 3. I set up my MS account a long time ago when you could use a non-outlook email address to do so. I now have a problem trying to use MS outlook because of this. I have tried creating "new" outlook addresses, but nothing works. How can

MS OS update May 2018, Office 365 Business problems

It has now been 4 weeks since I installed the OS update for Win 10 Pro, and despite many hours with MS support I'm still unable to use Office 365 locally. It gives an lic error reverting to my MS account profile not my Office 365 Business account profile.
I am told there are several other cases regarding this problem and the escalation team are working on it. How many others have this problem? How long will it take to get a fix. The latest suggestion is to re-install the OS, which is fine to say but reinstalling
all the software and reconfigure them will take a couple of days work. Great!

Adding MS Project Pro

It says my Microsoft account doesn't exist. I have an Office 365 account. and it won't let me create a MS account at all. I get the code to verify and it won't accept it.

I have a full MS Project 2016 Pro license.

Switching from MS 365 to MS 365 Personal

I purchased MS 365 on July 19 2020, but just discovered it has not downloaded to my laptop (Still running Win 10). Is it possible to switch to MS 365 Personal, which is better suited for my needs?
