    Are there known bugs with Netflix and Prime video for windows 11?


    I'm having an issues staying signed into the apps Netflix and Prime video. Netflix launches but doesn't load my profile information i.e. it doesn't stay signed in, and Prime Video doesn't is the similar except after signing the app goes black and the controls/menus disappear. Has anyone encountered this? Are there any known causes/solutions? ThanksInterestingly they both work inside edge - so I use them as webapps. Just curious if there's any solutions available.

    Prime Video or Netflix can't watch in any Browser

    Hello everyone,

    I have Windows10. In any browser i cannot open any film or series on Netflix or Prime Video. I have error code m7702-1003 on Netflix. I try every recommended steps but it doesn't work. Also I download Prime Video App from Microsoft Store unfortunately it doesn't work too.

    I try but the suggestion is not working. I haven't used Netflix or Prime Video it for about 3-4 months. My Internet connection is clear. With the phone i can watch anything from these platforms.
