Windows 10: Are there step by step instructions on how to downgrade a new Win 11 PC to Win 10 ?

Win 11 came with the new PC I purchased. The only thing I find good about it is the speed. I am hard wired to everything and wifi is shut down. I share nothing. I have 10 TB of memory. I don't need One Drive Cloud, or anything associated with it. In fact a tech had to take control of my PC to stop it and remove data it had been storing without my knowledge. I do not sync or want to. Office Pro Plus 2019, Outlook operating in Win 11 slows to a drag at time for minutes at a time Syncing even though it is all shut offI am losing the use of at least 4 Programs that I use all the time 2 belong

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:
