Windows 10: are they planning on fixing windows 11 before 2025?

so when they originally started advertising for windows 11 it said they had moved the start button to the middle of the taskbar but didn't say if it was moveable. i like my start button on the left. it also said they were eliminating the groupings in the start menu, i.e. life at a glance, or any such groupings the user may have set up but i want to keep these along with the live tiles. i am also unsure if i can continue using the personal theme i have on my windows 10. it also keeps threatening to update to windows 11 when i restart my computer but there is no option to decline. i have to keep

Energy Plan keeps resetting

There are several reasons why you are encountering issues with your Power settings in Windows 10. We suggest running the
Power troubleshooter to find and fix problems with your Power saving plan. To do this simply follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type troubleshooting
  and click the first option.
• Then click on System and Security.
• Select Power.

After performing the steps above, restart your computer and set your preferred power plan settings.

Upon checking, it seems that there's nothing wrong with your system. It is usual that you have to double-click your mouse before your monitor wakes up.

For the meantime, we suggest changing the power plan by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type in Power Settings.
• On the pop-up window, choose Additional power settings.
• Select High performance.
