Windows 10: Are TYPE, CLASS, TTL, DLEN, DATA fields absent in the Answer Section in DNS debug logs in...

I am working on analyzing the different types of debug logs produced in Windows. So we are collecting logs from all the different types of servers, and we found that the logs from 2012, 2016, and 2019 servers contain the following format for the Answer Section of the Log in the detailed view:ANSWER SECTION: Offset = 0x0025, RR count = 0 Name "[C00C]4bdcm3scd6spsdck3com0" TYPE A 1 CLASS 1 TTL 44 DLEN 4 DATA &nb

DNS not resolved on material.angularjs.org

Okay, you got me with this, but since it doesn't open from google search either, this doesn't resolve my problem.

So looks like DNS is resolved and I get the valid IP now. But still cannot access the site.

How can I increase the DNS TTL time in Windows 10 through registry? Right now it's way way too low.

DNS TTL is set by the operator of the DNS server, you can't change it unless you control the DNS server. Low TTLs can be used as @Alex says to allow a change in DNS to propagate quickly through other DNS servers.

This is not related to the TTL field in IPv4 packets (which is more accurately termed "Hop Limit" as it is in IPv6). If you are having an issue with connections dropping out or being slow, this probably wouldn't be the cause of it.
