Windows 10: Are Windows 11 Explorer Icons different when run via Parallels?

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 Home Edition. I then bought a new MacBook Pro and installed Windows 11 Pro via Parallels Desktop standard edition. I noticed that there are subtile differences between the two versions of Windows and I can't tell if it's because one is the "Home" edition and the other is the "Professional" edition, or if the differences are due to the fact that one version is being run as the native OS on a Windows laptop and the other is being run via a virtual machine on a Mac.One difference I noticed is the Windows Explorer folder icons. Internet Explorer 11 not working on Windows 10

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
