Windows 10: Are you still not allowed to have a black 0,0,0 taskbar in light mode?

Im still running 1809 literally only because in 1909+ i cant have a black taskbar IN LIGHT MODE. I want light mode, im not going to change from light mode. Me having a black taskbar in light mode does not end the world, so why is there an arbitrary limit? I would love to keep being up to date, but the daily updates, and stupid changes like this makes me less keen on wanting to update. Thank god that you can still limit the os version and make it only update every 6-12 months."Just do custom" From what i remember the taskbar can not have a combined RGB value under 45, the lowest you can go is 1

Raid 0 help

Hi all, I've followed the IRST raid installation directions and I have created myself a Raid 0 volume. Rapid storage confirms my successful migration from a system disc to a raid 0 array. I'm also able to select it as my boot device in BIOS, but what I don't understand is why it is not listed in my Drives under my computer

In fact, my computer still lists my original C: drive with the original capacity. I feel as if I've miss an important step here and I'm unsure how to proceed.

so what is the step by step to set up raid 0?
First, format both ssd to the same format: NTFS
Second, change sata mode in bios from ahci to Raid
Third, save bios and reboot, press Ctril+ I to enter Raid setup
Fourth, make a raid disk

is it right?
