Windows 10: are youtube links safe?

while there could be malicious links in the comments of a youtube video, i was curious and now slightly paranoid after clicking a link in a youtube video comment section, could links in a comment section in youtube actually be malicious, could they lead to a malicioius website or download?basically i pressed a link in the comment section on a youtube video that was to another youtube video, and when i presed it, it took me to the other youtube video, i even copied the url of that youtube video and checked it in a url checker and it said no unsafe content found.my question is: thats fine if the

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
