Windows 10: ark doesn't open me on my pc

I can't play ARK on my computer when I open it, it asks me to synchronize the data, I accept it and crashea doesn't load anything, it freezes the screen or sometimes it works fine, but it just doesn't load me, it stays at 0 when other friends who have the same internet load quickly and turn off and on my computer, my wifi and the same thing I can do?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Why Edge doesn´t open any Google www-sites? I am able to open the same Google-sites with any other browsers.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
