Windows 10: ARK IT SAYS ITS DOWNLOADED BUT THERE IS NO INSTALL FILE

i dont know what to do i ran a repair and reset on ark uninstalled and reinstalled and none of it worked

Unable to download Ark: Survival Evolved

I am trying to download Ark: survival evolved for pc from my brothers account, I can download other games but when I try ark it just say “Starting download... 6.23 GB” and then it just stops and I have to click install again.

my ark survival wont download its stuck saying install,and arks the only game that does it

hi yh i was playing ark survival evolved and it randomly crashed and sarted reinstalling its self,tought it was weird but ok then i let it download and now it says its owned but were its ment to say play it says install then when i click it it acts like
its gonna download it then it says complete and then it doest chance for a while and then it just goes right back to the same install thing. Help as soon as pssible thank u
