Windows 10: ARK Login

I am having an issue where when I try to log into ark on windows 10 it wont load, not allowing me to play the game I recently paid for. I don't know why this is I have now spent countless hours waiting for a response and nothing if someone knows why this could be please respond to this thread :. Here are some photos

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?
