Windows 10: Ark Survival Evolved Cross Play Join Failed

I am trying to set up a Dedicated Server using a Silver account on my PC, then connect to the server using my Gold account on XBox One, but I am getting a "Join Failed" error every time. I have tried the Port Forwarding and NAT setting fixes, but nothing is working. How do I fix this error?

ARK: Survival Evolved available on store:

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

ARK SURVIVAL EVOLVED - Microsoft Store Version

Hi there,

i have a problem with the game Ark Survival Evolved, from Microsoft Store Version.

Scenario 1: When i create the dedicated server on the PC, and access through xbox one on the same local network, it works

Scenario 2: When i create the dedicated server on the PC, and my friends join through the live on xbox one, starts loading, but the same error appears "Join Failed".

need help!!!
