Windows 10: Ark survival evolved game pass blue screen and doesnt load

Ark survival evolved will not launch on my windows 10 pc, i used to play it a while ago and it worked fine and ive checked and my pc has the requirements to run the game. I have spent hours looking into this issue and trying to fix and trying the solutions of those who had the same problem but this does not work. I try to launch the game and it simply wont launch just goes to a blue screen for a few seconds then closes. I have seen many people with this same issue but none of their solutions have worked for me thus far. Any help in fixing would be very appreciated

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

Ark survival evolved WONT LAUNCH!

all i get is a blue screen with the ark logo on it for 3-5 seconds and it closes. please help!

 

Ark Survival Evolved

So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.
