Windows 10: ark survival evolved join failed on all servers

Baught the game on the microsoft store and instantly says could not retrieve naddress when I try join any server. single player works just fine.


what can i try to fix the issue? any help is verry much appreciated.

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

ARK SURVIVAL EVOLVED - Microsoft Store Version

Hi there,

i have a problem with the game Ark Survival Evolved, from Microsoft Store Version.

Scenario 1: When i create the dedicated server on the PC, and access through xbox one on the same local network, it works

Scenario 2: When i create the dedicated server on the PC, and my friends join through the live on xbox one, starts loading, but the same error appears "Join Failed".

need help!!!

 

Ark Survival Evolved

So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.
