Windows 10: Arrange Windows on Startup? (Tl:Dr below)

Hi, my problem is the following: I have a bunch of Programs that autostart, but they don't arrange properly. I'm also a user of the virtual desktop Feature, so in a perfect world I would Boot my PC, and on the First Desktop there is Discord and Whatsapp half-half on my second screen, then on desktop #2 there is Itunes Maxed on the first and voicemeeter on the second screen, and on desktop #3 there is Outlook. I worked out this setup over the last weeks, and in these times it workes out perfectly because as soon as an e-mail comes in, I switch from my first desktop, which is meant for browsing the web or gaming over to my third which is my workspace. All the Programs I need for this are on autostart, but they just pop up on my main monitor and it takes me roughly a minute to organize everything before I can get work done or start gaming.

Tlr:
I have dual Monitors and I use the virtual desktop feature organize my programs, but I have a bunch of Programs on autostart and they all appear on desktop #1 on my main monitor instead of where I closed them.
Are there any programs out there that will arrange my Programs automatically, including virtual desktops?

Microsoft Edge TLS Security

After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.

Intermittent problems with TLS handshake and being timed out

Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS
