Windows 10: Arrow Keys navigation working when selecting a jpg/mp4 in the search bar

Hi all, since a few weeks ago, my arrow keys have stopped allowing me to navigate through my jpgs/mp4s if I use the search bar and then select on the jpg/mp4. If I dont use the search bar and select on the file, the arrow keys work however. This goes for all of my drives, including my external drives. I tried resetting the search and view settings to no success. I believe this may be a bug considering there was a similar issue a while ago. Cheers.

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Can't select an option on the search bar

Hello,

Something odd have appeared on my laptop.

When I'm searching for something that can be launched with different option you should be able to select that option by navigating with the right arrow key.

In my case that navigation doesn't work. I can still navigate up and down with up and down arrow key but not choosing an option with the right one.

Does someone had this issue ?
If so how did you fix it ?

PS : From some search i've done before posting here :

• I can't have a driver for my keyboard -> I use the generic driver given by windows
  
• Already restarted my pc multiple time, no change
  
• Already restarted the search service, again no change
  

Here a example of my problem :

searching cmd -> I can navigate up and down -> but I can't choose to launch it with admin rights by navigating on the right column or even selecting another option.

arrow keys not working properly, I haven't touched anything or made any changes. please help

when I go into any search bar on youtube and press an arrow key down one, instead of going through the suggestions on my search bar it just scrolls the page down. this has never happened before and I haven't updated or changed anything.

if I'm on google and press the down arrow key, it moves to the last suggestion on the search bar. if I press the up arrow it just goes to the top suggestion. i can no longer scroll through the suggestions. just top or bottom of the list.

i have checked all of these

scroll lock is NOT on

caret browsing is NOT on

sticky keys are NOT on

filter keys are NOT on

every other option on "ease of access " that should be off is turned off
