Windows 10: Articulate Storyline 360 crashing after recent Windows 11 update.

Storyline 360 keeps crashing while previewing or publishing after the recent Windows update. Per Articulate CS it's the Segoe UI fonts which were updated to V 5.65 with the Windows update. I cannot roll back to the earlier version of the font either.I've had a frustrating few days. I contacted MS Help Desk who escalated to Windows support, but they claim they cannot help because it's a 3rd party App and Articulate claims that it's a Windows update issue. So essentially, I am stuck and not sure where I should find help.

Unable to install Articulate 360 app, error message: app is not approved by Microsoft app.

I am not able to install Articulate 360, which I need for my work, and I receive a message that it is not an approved Microsoft app. Why does Microsoft determine which apps I can download and how can I override this setting? Thank you - Linda Zehnbauer,

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Videos not working in Articulate Publisher under Windows 10

Not liking Windows 10 AT ALL! I have online trainings through Articulate and issues keep cropping up. At the top of the list is videos do not show up and run when imbedded in PowerPoint. When published through Articulate Presenter, just get an image with
no connection to the YouTube video.
